As an early adopter of practices to create mentally healthy workplaces, Simon took Camp Quality from the verge of bankruptcy to become Australia’s most trusted children’s charity that provided cancer support to over 250,000 children each year.
Simon moved its people to adopt a unique organisational culture built around optimism, resilience, and engagement which became the backbone of the business’ sustainable growth and saw it flourish in a volatile, uncertain, competitive and complex business landscape.
Simon is a regular keynote speaker, was a finalist in the Pride of Australia Medal (Daily Telegraph), has been featured in numerous books and magazines and has authored two books.
