Hiring for Capability, Commitment, Chemistry
Behavioural interviewing emphasises on past performance and behaviours. When it is used consciously and systematically in an interview, it can result in selecting the candidate with the right motivational fit for the position advertised.
Using a list of common interview questions is no longer effective. A candidate’s qualifications, experiences, posts they’ve held, and level of responsibilities are important details that you need to know. But the unanswered question is “how will they actually perform in the precise job you’re advertising?”
This program will focus on crafting structured behavioural interview questions and recognising non-verbal behaviours.
