In today’s business environment, it is becoming increasingly common for customers to expect good customer service and as such, personnel working in sales or customer service need a good level of English to deliver excellent service. So, whether you speak to customers face-to-face, or on the telephone from a helpdesk or a call centre, in all of these situations, you need language skills and specific techniques to be able to communicate effectively.
English for Customer Care enables you to build your vocabulary and expressions that you need when communicating with your customers. In this program there will be useful tips and strategies to help you use English effectively in a business context.
In this 1-day programme, participants will cover four modules on using English in a business context. Each module will begin with simple lecture, exercises, questionnaires or quizzes.
This is followed by dialogues, texts and authentic documents, along with a variety of exercises that help you learn the vocabulary and expressions in the context. Video and audio clips will be used for interactive exercises to help you learn the essential language for customer care.
